Detectives also discovered a concealed section of the compound where what appeared to be cannabis was being cultivated under controlled conditions.
“This was a well-coordinated international operation disguised under the comfort of a private coastal residence,” a senior DCI officer told this reporter. “We believe the villa was a major processing and packaging hub for narcotics destined for both the local market and overseas routes.”
